A good macro to use so you dont forget to loot is: /harvest (resource); /loot (you do not have to use /loot all)

SIDE NOTE:

DO NOT COMBINE CLOTHING SKILL ENHANCEMENTS WITH EACH OTHER. IF YOU HAVE AIMING +1 AND ADD IT TO A SHIRT THAT HAS AIMING +2 YOU WILL LOSE THE +1 ATTACHMENT AND IT WILL NOT ATTACH TO THE CLOTHING. I HAVE VERIFIED THIS AND LOST A VERY GOOD CLOTHING ATTACHMENT. CSR ADMITTED THERE IS NO WHERE TO FIND THIS INFORMATION IT IS JUST SOMETHING YOU SHOULD KNOW. SO I AM PASSING IT ALONG.

Let me add a little and ask a question or two...

Rancor Bile is a replacement for a Dispersal Mechanism, which is, indeed, a component for combat medic posions and diseases.

I have also heard (but can't confirm on my own) that you can loot Rancor Blood which replaces Reslience Compounds, which are another component for combat medic poisons and diseases.

The Dunkawah Poison replaces the Infection Amplifier, which is yet another subcomponent for combat medic posions and diseases.

So, with some Rancor Bile, some Rancor Blood, and some Dunkawah Poison,a combat medic could make some truly nasty poisons.

Now, I have a couple questions - perhaps someone here can clarify these for me.

What is it that Pubams drop? Do they drop some named item like those above? Or did someone just happen to loot a poison off one of them?

Also, I have heard that you can loot Sarlacc Bile which can be used in some sort of medical item, but I have no idea what that is. Has anyone ever looted such a thing? I don't even know where to find a Sarlacc to try (not to mention the fact that I'd easily get eaten, I'm sure).

Sarlacc Blood - Found in the stomach of the all mighty Sarlacc.

Easy to get!

Dont know its specific uses but look out for getting a disease when you go there.

Imagine that. You wouldn't happen to have a waypoint (or general idea) of where I might find this nice chap so I could ask him to hork up some of his stomach fluids, would you?

Also, if anyone knows what this does, I'd love to know. I'm trying to add this info to the Doctor FAQ.

Yeah, I've never heard of the stranded people on Yavin dropping holos before..Confirmation please.

Additionaly, sarlaac bile is useless to anybody in the medic profession, in fact, the sarlacc bile is part of an npc missions where the bile is used to make a bug bomb for you as a final reward for the quest.

Why Can't the Creature Loot Items be a RANGER ONLY LOOT Item

That would make us unique, I am not feeling very unique amongst all the combat professions!

Make rangers HIGHLY valuable to take out on hunts, ESPECIALLY if u want your RIS armor components.

More info on the Woolamander Harrower from Yavin IV. I have looted bone fragments one time from these guys, and I have killed an estimated 20 or so of them. There are only two of them, and they are in the back of the Woolamander Temple.
