The purpose of this post is to give a general idea as to what items we should direct our attention to when harvesting items for sale to the public. I will be updating this post to accommodate information gathered and tweaked from here on out.
Disclaimer: Crafting is an art. What we have listed here as good stats on items for crafting all Crafters may not agree on. This is just the general consensus from information gathered in each respecting forum. Individuals may prefer certain special stats on items for their own reasons.

Many folks have helped with this Fodder and Frightwig to name a few. Many thanks to all who has helped this list grow.
Architect
Architect requiresresources that have no stat factors. So, low level quality resources would be best suited for Architect customers.

BioEngineer
BioEngineer mainly requires meat with good OQ, PE, FL placing more importance on OQ then PE Then Flavor. There are occasional needs like eggs, hides, and bone. High OQ and PE are important for the occasional needs but arent quite common.
Edit: Addition by Temujin23
"The meat we need most is any kind of meat. It needs OQ,PE, and FL. OQ is the most important (50%), PE is next (30%) and FL is the least important (20%).
We also need insect meat, herbi meat, domestic meat, carni meat with the same stats.
Other things we need include:
scaley hide (OQ)
avian bones (OQ)
animal bones (OQ)
any hide (OQ)
Dath insect meat (OQ, PE)"

Insect Meat (high OQ and PE required, high DR preferred) Thank you Tringard
Doctors require meat with a high OQ, PE and the DR determines the duration of the buff pack created. So, Highest stats on all as possible but some have said that DR can go a lil lower and still be decent buffs but not great buffs.

I saw you post the request for this on the AS forums. Im also an armorsmith with my alt. So thank you for this. Just as an FYI to 90% of the armorsmiths out there OQ/SR are key. Since thats how you get the effectivness. Most of us care about HAM costs when we are making for ourselves or our guildmates. But for sales every percantage matters.
Post revamp this is all up in the are of course

Yeah... true on the revamp.
BTW, there was a small discrepancy of whether the hide for Padded armor was Yavinian wooly or leathery? Could you put my mind to rest and give your imput on that? I just want to make sure its all correct.

Kai,
Thanks for the stat info. For all you aspiring rangers out there who want to get "stacks" and "banked", 2 words, avian meat :-)
On Gorath docs will pay upwards of 100cpu for this, depending on stats and amount that u have(I try and get at least 10K stacks before I start shopping for a customer). basic rule of thumb i follow is: > or = OQ 660 & PE330, with appropriate DR, Chefs can readily use meats with 1/2 those stats. But the medical avain andoccasional med quality herbivore has made this once poor ranger fairly well off.

The hide for Padded is definitely Yavinian Wooly.. Although I'm not sure if it's for the pieces or for the segements. Might be for the latter, but either way it is used for padded.
Great guide, by the way! Kudos! Are you planning to add to this list (edited into the original post) for all professions? I'll try to come up with some info myself to help out.

Yes, I am planning on getting all professions that craft with creature organics and add them to the post. The Armorsmith forums were very quick to reply and quite helpful. Just dropped a post in the Doc forum and am waiting to assimilate the data. Going to include BE and Chef as well. Any other I am missing? Does Combat medic do anything different when crafting their supplies? Will include a bit from tailor as well. It also requires some certain items and only one experimentable item that uses creature organics.

Architect uses some organics in furniture. CM uses (usually) components crafted by a doctor but probably have some specific resources for the final combine.

Yeah, architect uses some.. mainly for furniture pieces. Quality is unimportant. I have an architect alt so I put together this list. If I'm missing something, please feel free to correct or add to it.
Architect:
Stats unimportant -- Can not be experimented with.
Organic Resource Needs
Loveseat - master architect version
Dathomirian Leather hide (250)

The numbers aren't important, and you don't have to use them in your list.. but I thought I'd put them in as reference as it's a decent sized amount per item.

Fodder and Frightwig, Thanks for the info. Thats very useful. Once I have a solid amount of imput for each profession I will post it in the particular professions forum for a stamp of approval.
Didnt know about Architect uses so that is good to know. Tailor is in the same boat really except for making padded armor segments.. My fiancee used to be a Tailor and I learned alot about it.
Good stuff..
Thanks alot.

Actually tailor needs wooly hide with OQ/SR for Wookie Armor pillows (aka Wookie Battle Padding) its a component that armorsmiths need now more then ever with the different wookie armors. Its generic "wooly hide"
Chef needs scaley hide for accargm or garrmorl. I have to look up which. A drink i get the feel will becoming a lot more popular post revamp. Not many chefs make them since there capped by fact that there experimentation is oq/pe/fl 33/33/33 and hide is just OQ. Also chefs like milk in bulk.
BE's need Dath Insect Meat for Pet Stim C's. Fish for Pet Stim D's. Avian bone for BE Tissue Scent Neutralization. Any bone for other BE additivies. They also need just a bulk of meat for the additives. Generic Insect meat is Active Biosensors. Wild Meat for Injury Wound Treatment. Retilian meat for taming clothes. Mullusk/Crustraceons for vitalty packs. Milk for taming clothes. OQ/PE/FL in that order of importance. There is a discrepency in this though. In game it says 33/33/33 but the BE's are finding it to be 50/30/20.
Just brainstorming with a very tired brain. Hope this helps.

Yeah, I went thru chef last night on TC-Ahazi and made a list of items using meat, hides or bones. Will add that later aftering schmoozing with the Chefs..
I didnt know bout the wookie armor stuff.. that must have been added after we dropped Tailor.

It was added to Tailor to force cooperation with armorsmiths. Its been considered a bad idea. Its the only item in tailor that uses the experimentation line actually.
