Thread: So, Jedi get what they want again?
Even cloaked jedi would leave footprints, wouldn't they?
I track footprints.

Absolutely, beside if the Dev's ever did attempt to removed cloaked Jedi from Area Track, it would mean they would have to touch the Ranger Codex. A Codex that hasn't been touched since launch. I doubt they even remember where it is.
LOL

Although common sense says being "cloaked" does not stop you from leaving footprints, making noise and leaving sign...
I figure the next hotfix will have them taken off /areatrack. I pizzed a Jedi off the other day. No, I was not hunting her... I seldom hunt the whiny turds, waste of time and I hate the post-death sniveling that goes on for days. Instead I was out on a mark mission, saw the Jedi, realized who it was, remembered she was a total turdhead and decided to give her some visibility. I "snuck" up on her using my swoop. She got all mad and cloaked. I laughed and started my /areatrack and proceeded to tell her where she was.
That was one mad Jedi.
Oh well...

1: Sound: jedi make a distinctive whine when out in the wild, listen for the "im cold", "im hot", "im hungry", "omg, im a jedi, that *instert animal/npc/bh* cant kill me", "i got the shaft again", "where's my blanket", "this sand is getting everywhere", "whats a ranger?"
follow the sound, and you cant lose them.
2: Smell: jedi are known for their fetish for anything new. They must have the latest speeder, saber etc: each new item has a "new smell" once you smell that, you know its a jedi (you may be confused with alts, association with jedi passes along several traits)
3: Footprints: the footprint of a jedi is unique, its step.. step... step... then a patch of ground where they stomped around and complained for a while, if you find that "stomping patch" then you know its a jedi.
4: Language: if in a larger group, jedi tend to shorten long words, like "u" for "you" and "omg" for "oh my god". this is a tough one, since again, association with jedi can rub off bad habits.
hope this helps.

It's worse than you think. At one point, Tiggs asked which parts of the publish on TC had already been listed, and she acknowledged that the PDart issue was a repeat. Didn't stop it from getting On Deck, though, did it? Just mentally erase that line in the notes....
That, coming from the people who think clothing experimentation and resource quality matter.....
