Ranger Archive

I want the Devs to make a post saying: "We are starting to work on the Ranger revamp. The Revamp will go live in X days after we take all your feedback and put it through a thorough test period".

I'll add more once we get this one out of the way.

nice idea about a ranger rifle and pistol but I'm a carbineer/master ranger I think giving rangers a weapon at master would be difficult. Perhaps have a quest that only master rangers can do and as a reward you get to choose either a pistol carbine or rifle(all similar stats relative to the weapon type) that is certed for master ranger Make it look very antiquated or outdoorsy and such but be effective maybe have creature to hit bonus or something like that on it who knows.!

BUT PLEASE give us some general speed/acc/defense bonus's please!

I would like for people who post to pay attention to the myriad of prior posts on this subject and quit making new posts withbad ideas.

There is a Ranger revamp coming? Well, just an example....Malayan Tiger Traps are dangerous for the tigers and pretty much so for the bipedial world too.

I like the idea of placing traps. That will help us immensely.

There are some Rangers that are melee, some that are ranged and some with a peppering of both. Introducing two weapons for a ranger andm maybe having to choose which one to specialize in might work.

Hmm...will think more.

I'd like if the forum search function were working so that we don't have to reinvent the wheel but could instead build on already developed ideas.

I will post a note version, since I have posted in more details before. And I do so only to inform though that have not seen the other topics. (and to increase my post count)

I am against giving ranger s a weapons of any kind.

I wand our trapping line to be expanded, And work like CM abilities, and less like grenades.

I wand increased melee and range defences, and I wand more accuracy. (note not asking for speed)

And most importantly I wand ranger contend, the rangers role in the GCW and the game at large clearly defined.

enough skill points to master ranger and a combat proff, along with my 20 boxes of FS.
