Ranger Archive

After seeing the various posts about rangers over on the Discussion forum. I just wanted to let you know we are here and are listening. I hope to get you the correspondent replies soon--meaning over the next day or so.

I personally don't happen to play a ranger (heck, I haven't gotten to any advanced profession yet--I'm dabbling in all six starting profs) so I'm afraid that I don't have many specifics that I can talk with you about. So all I can do is that that we're here listening.

thats good to know.. we have the BEST correspondent who is busting a$$ to get the feedback and we hope that the efforts are not in vain.. some of the fixes do seem quite simple so we hope to seem some results soon.

but right now the responses will make us happy.. (at least it will work for me)

Yes, it means a lot to have a Dev come by and just say "hello, we haven't forgotten about you." I really appreciate it.

Hey, Holocron, I bet the guys over in the Commando board would appreciate a visit. They're really dicouraged at the moment. Maybe because their profession is now even more ----ed up than it was before.

As well as the TKA board. Pleaz just drop us a crumb of what is going on with our class.

But I think those people need to realize that with this post SOE has acknowledged Rangers! This is huge!

This would not have happend without Mineras's post and all the great folks who jumped in there to support him, rangers or otherwise.

Yes, we are not even close to being fixed, but we are being heard. Maybe the lesson here is Rangers need to keep posting and keep reminding the devs that we do have issues, even if its the same ones over and over again.

The squeeky wheels will get some grease!

Thanks Holo, believe me, I know from my beta experience with you guys, how swamped you really are since your dealing with greater magnitudes of just about everything, and you have to work around things like "wipes" so solving issues is even harder.

Its just nice to see at least some acknowledgement that you know we exist By the way, in the time honored traditions of the old pre-live boards, congrats on getting the "first" for a non-announcement dev post in this forum.
