if you can just disband the camp every 20 minutes, or however long the time is for max xp, then do that while crafting camps in practice mode

There was another thread like this in which JB suggested become a newbie helper. I think that is the best method I've read so far. Go to Mos Eisleyand get a newbie hunt group together. Pop a camp after every lair to heal and train etc. You will have fun, get xp, and hlp ne players all at the same time.

Also remember that fishing gives the same xp that camping does. No, it's not nearly as lucrative as other harvesting and takes a bajillion times longer to get a good size stack, but every little bit helps, I always say

I see that you've already finished the trapping line. Otherwise, my suggestion would be to make lots of wire mesh traps while you're in a camp. Then make about 10 glow wire traps (50 total?) When you're done, you've sat in your camp for a decent amount of time and should be able to disband with some good XP, if not maxed.

Go out and use the traps in normal hunting.. or you can just repeat the wire mesh/glow/glow/glow/etc/repeat method of trapping. When you're empty of traps, go sit back in camp again and make some more. This not only gives you survival XP when crafting traps, but gives you many chances to sit aroung in camps for a long amount of time. I've noticed lots of 4044 or 4144 rangers I've talked to have told me that they bought crates to help them with the trapping line. Not saying that you did this, but the people who do miss out on very valuable survival XP.

Since you're done with trapping though, why not sit around in camp (gain survival XP while crafting more survival XP) and just make tons of wire mesh traps. Don't practice.. actually craft them. Then run into town and sell them on the bazaar real cheap. That way, you're not actually "grinding", but crafting with an actual purpose... (even if no one ever buys them) Better yet, sell them cheaply on the bazaar in Mos Eisley where there's a lack of good items on the bazaar for new players.

My suggestion is to go out and run some missions.

Get enough money to graciously tip a bunch of entertainers. Bribe them to come sit in a tent with you. If you have 5-6 people in the tent it takes about 7 minutes to cap the experience.

Entertainers are best because they are constantly burning their HAM.

Just my .02

Can you believe that under the new jedi system I still have to grind Doctor to complete a Quest?

Hit a bazaar terminal and get at least 6k units of metal. Maybe 8k, I don't remember how much I went through. But get a good chunk up front so you have less reason to go into town. Then, go forth and kill. Harvest hide and bone in the thousands, get lots of wounds, and when you have plenty of those, set up your best camp. Make practicefield bases (178 xp if I'm not mistaken)while your wounds heal, and if you racked up a lot, you'll get full points for the camp you're sitting in by the time you're all healed up. Rinse, repeat. If you're also in the process of mastering a combat profession, hey, bonus.

Took me about three weeks to do the frontiering line, and it really never felt like a grind. Oh, and I also mastered teras kasi while frontiering, but that's really not as important. I pretty much just spent a few weeks on safari, and when I came back the student had become the master.

Whatever you do, have fun.

So I try to go to swgcrafters.com, and it won't let me into the site without a login. How do I access this web site?

Yeah, learn to like grinding. (Hey, we've all had to do it, man).
