So, thinking we maybe have a few weeks to get the combat revamp sorted out, since going by what everyone has been reporting, it's FAR from ready to go live. Then hey, we see it's going live!
What's more, my home server (FarStar) is being converted on my birthday! What a perverse, ironic birthday present from SOE 
So, apart from dropping a hint about my birthday, can I say "I told you so" yet? 
Seriously though, what the heck is going on? The combat revamp is even less ready than JTL was when that went live, and that went live prematurely!

yep. you were right. Though I fear any celebration of that fact will be short-lived. Though, this likely will make them consolidate servers as the masses jump ship.

Thanks for the sentiment, but I had always hoped I'd be wrong about this. 
Anyway, it's my birthday

This is my second MMORPG, my first was with a small independant company. Given the way that game was managed, and the way this one has been, I think the morale of the story is don't subscribe to MMORPG's ran by mega-corps if you want to be listened to, and want quality service.

As for the when, well maybe it is, maybe it isn't I don't know any more, don't care either.
It's my birthday, the CU sucks, I was right, it's my birthday, SOE doesn't care about it's customers, I'm getting presents, it's my birthday, the cu sucks, it's my birthday. and umm, it's my birthday

Ah well at least I have that other great Star Wars game to fall back on if things go t1ts up....

TBH though, SWG has been quite an emotionally draining experience (for all of us I know), I think I'll return to being a MechWarrior, there's a MadCat still with my insignia's on it waiting for me. Ah the glory days...
