Aside from the fact I don't harvest THAT much more then someone with Hunting I, I haven't noticed anything. Of course, I'm now prompted to log in and go kill some kaadu (250 cpu, Avian Meat, Starsider).

Seems like I am harvesting alot less from rancors. Seemed odd to kill some 300 rancors and only come away with 10k of bones.

I just started fishing and i notice that the amount of meat i get is really small. I have not hunted in about 2 weeks but i will check it out tonight. It is sad that i can make more money looting the vette then i do hunting.

There have been a few instances where I have been unable to harvest-- get a funky message about improper resources or something, but the bug doesn't repeat itself all that often. Other than that, I seem to be getting a lot more "thin and unhealthy" harvests...I can hunt all over the planet and I seem to be getting less "fat and healthy" harvests. This could just be an issue with the current shift, so that's by no means a "bug", simply a problem I've been having.

I havent had the no resources problem myself that Phen mentions but I have seen a lot of posts complaining about it over the past few weeks. It looks like something that was happening at launch during phase shifts, was fixed, and is now popping up again?
Other than that... Im curious!
Sounds like a quest! Milking dead things and NPCs? No.... we already covered that... more than we really needed to in fact... /ponder

My problem is more annoying than anything else. When milking pikets they walk briefly and even though they're right next to me I get a message "The creature has moved too far away for you to continue milking." Something like that. Then the creature magically "warps" like 20 meters away. Or if they're laying down they will "slide" like 10-20 meters away. I have to run up and continue milking to finish up. This might happen like 2 or 3 more times on the same piket. Rather frustrating.

I've been getting lots of warping lately, especially on Dant. I'll be fighting an Ancient Graul, it'll almost be dead and start to retreat. Next thing I know, it's 100m away.

I recieved a message to the tune of "The creature had no intact resources to harvest." I can't remember the exact wording, but it wasdefinitelya NO RESOURCES FOR YOU! message.
I whacked some violent krabhu for no harvest, tapped the lair, and was able to harvest the subsequent waves of defenders. I was wondering if this is some kind of new thing, all NPCs drop something, so now some creatures drop nothing? I guess I need to be more careful in placing my shots.

Well I haven't been hunting recently but a while back when I was milking 'naffs 9 out of 10 times they would warp to about 10m or so directly ahead of me... This only occurred when I was milking them.

yeah i have to say the warping thing seems to be rather prominant as of late but as far as harvesting i havent had any real probs.

I have noticed the past few days, that i will instruct my droid to harvest. I will get no message telling me how much i harvested and when i try to re-harvest the creature, it says that i have already harvested . Now , i was right in the middle of combat with a bunch of tortun bulls, so i didn't actually check to see if my container amount changed or not. Hope this helps. OH, and i was hunting on Talus just in case u needed to know.

I noticed something funny...and annoying. I saw a Peco Peco Albatross this morning, and happened to be fully buffed. I rummaged through my pack and dusted off that composite armor and slung my T-21 for the first time in a long time. Anyway, after a hard fought battle that lasted into the night and then into the next morning, I finally killed it only to have it disappear right before my eyes. BAH, that was the first time I soloed one of those (which wasn't really hard) and I didn't even get a chance for a trophey. Oh well, on the flip side a MR/MCM Uber d00d watched me at the end, then I pointed him to the spawn point and I saw him kill it in about 1/5 the time.
