Look north of theed, naboo along the river. I have spotted several there. Also, they tend to spawn 3 in a row then the spawn moves off somewhere else.

Pretty much anywhere along the northern plains/coast of Naboo, from Theed right across as far as Kaadara. I've also see one near the big lake east of Keren, between Deeja Peak and Kaadara.

NE Naboo is where I ALWAYS find them. Never have stepped foot on the island without running into one.

I have been a Master Ranger based on Naboo for almost 6 months. I have still not found on yet. Hell I just finally found tehGorax 2 days ago for the first time.

I have tracked so many peko albatross that my bank is full of peko feathers. They're not that hard to find. Although they are most common in the NE, i find that there's a north/south strip they usually show up in. Basically 1km south of keren by the river's edge, and then leading up to the northern shore of Naboo.

While we are on the subject what are the feathers useful for?

They are needed for RIS armor layers. But you can use any kind of layers in RIS segments so it seems that they don't get used a whole lot. There is some good stuff about RIS armor on the AS forums if you want to know more.

Ok i have a goal of getting hands ofsome RIS armor. And I like to get raw material myself. AFIK I then have to chase the PPA at Naboo. Ok, i checked this beast on the Allakhazam site (http://swg.allakhazam.com/db/bestiary.html?swgbeast=2586). It says that the PPA are diff. level 155 and ferocity of 8.
1. Is this pre CU stuff and one of manyexamples of obsolete basic data ?
2.how do i best persue my goal ?
Any hints and advice much appreciated. Thx. Arboe

That is pre CU data.
Now for the happy news...you don't NEED Albatross Feathers to make RIS armor. They are optional, but I am not sure what they do (more condition, maybe?).

One of the nice things about albatross feathers is that they at a +20 health bonus to each piece of armor. Also, they're not THAT hard to get. Pekos are now only a CL 82 and can therefore comfortably be solo'd with a bit of skill.
I usually track for them in the flat area west of Kaadara and north of the big ridge. The location points on swgcreatures are still relevent and make a good guide for heading out.
Hit the AS board for more detail on what can go into RIS these days.
