Thread: Rangers: If you own a house, how have you decorated it?

Right now, I have 2 houses, 1 is storage for stuff and its on Corellia.

My second house is on Naboo, its a medium house and its called

"Draknev's Museum of Natural History"

In it are several Bio-Engineered pets as decoration, my goal is to get a pet from every planet and fill the house with animals.

I have lots of trees and alderaanian flora to give it an outdoors-indoors feel. There is a Krayt Skull and a Bol Skull on display. I have torches to add to the ambiance. The main feel that I want to portray is a wildlife preserve indoors.

What do you have and what decorations do you think would really add something cool to the decoration. (I will try to post a screenie when I can)

Mine is totally empty, dont know why I bothered really. Someone told me that I really should have one I guess. The bank storage is far more handy for storing stuff for me.

I dont have a house either. By nature a Ranger does not stay in one place for too long. But I was thinking about getting one for storage since I cant have my Wilderness Cabin. I am interesting in know how much can you store in a house, and also since I am a CH , how do you get your pets to be decorations like that?

Bait in the cellar. "Classroom" in the main hall. Kinda neat, actually (I should make some pics)

I have a warehouse as well, I have LOOOOOONG sense outgrew the storage space of the SD in the bank, my inventory and backpack.

I have about 70 different containers of resources to make camo alone. Not to mention the stuff I need to hunt with, the loot (Bile, Teeth, Plates, ect.), my fish trouphies...

Each house has in its status screen how many items can be stored and how full it is at the moment. Unfortunately, once the animal is in your datapad, to my knowledge you cant drop it in the house to stand around. I have some disposable income and some BE friends who give me some of their less than impressive creations that serve as decorations. The BE pet is in your inventory until you tame it, then it goes to your datapad where you can use it. If you drop the pet deed in your house, a full sized animal appears and hangs out.

My storage house has just backpacks labeled for the different resources etc, and a weap/gen crafting station so I can experiment on camo. the main reason I have 2 houses, is that for my naboo house, I live in a player city with my PA-mates and for no other reason.

Since I have a storage place, I wanted something cool and very "rangerish" for when (not if....when) we get our trophies to display

Nice concept. Kind of looking for a similar idea. Just have not filled it much yet. As our city grows the more I look for things to put in it.

Mainly it has a lived in look to it right now. A medium Naboo on Rori. Most of my decorations are from the fighter side of my profs. I have a couple hammers around and a sword. I also filled it with a few items my wife's character made as she went through the artisan profs.

But I am looking for Bioed pets too. Like a cloned replica of a friends graul.

Right now I have sparse funrishing, but I do have some of the same stuff as Agon (What a shock:smileywink. I have the krayt and bol skulls. Now that we have gotten the devs to add the /movefurn up command in the next publish, we need to get them to allow you to rotate around all three axis, so I can have the skulls flat against the wall.

I do havea kaadu and a sharnaff on display. I really want some slice hounds and maybe some of the cats. I have a fambaa and a torton in a pack because all you can see are the legs when you drop them, even in a large gengeric house. I don't have them on display, but I have a few backpacks that have my camps, traps, and camo in them. I will probably drop a camp somewhere in there, but not a priority (do they still cause problems when you drop them in a house?).

I've got a couch and table, and a field base kit pushed against one wall. If you walk into the tent, that's where my storage containers are.

I've got plans for a bigger place coming soon though. I'll probably post some pics.

Well, I'm waiting for Pub 7 to decorate my house. The ability to raise/lower deco will be awesome.

I'll end up with a Medium (Floorplan 2, with 3 large rooms). The entry room will be some sort of lounge/living room with couches, coffee tables and maybe a table/chair set withfood items on it. The next room will be my trophy/supply room. My Bol Skull, (eventual) Krayt Skull, a rack of ifferent bait/live samples floated on the wall on shelves, plus my rack of weapons hanging on one wall. The final room will be my bedroom with a be and a dresser and such.

fyi: You get the bol skull from a dude in Mos Entha called "Matt Rags" or something. "/areatrack" him down..heh.

I've got two small houses right now, one holds my life crap, closet, a place to sit. The other I have is just there for our player city. I'm working on getting a large house so I can mount my bol skull and a few of my other paintings.

I have a house. It's used as a base of operations, and so I can be a citizen in my city. I tend to wander all over the place, but as my main storage facility (aka my personal crafting station) lives in my house, that's where I go to stash stuff.

I decorated it with stuff I have gotten on quests or themeparks. Waiting to hang stuff on the walls as we speak.

Odd stuff, cool stuff, weird stuff. No animals tho, they poopie on the floor when I am gone for too long.
