Imagine an Advanced Ranger for the space Expansion called a 'Star Gazer' (title is ..adjustable haha). Advancing zero-g mobility. Plus you could forage Asteriods!

I hate to burst your bubble, but Amazon and EBGames does this all the time. The expansion could still be another year off for all we know and they would still take preorders like that. You have any idea how long EBGames has had the new SWAT game on their site taking preorders? I can tell you for sure that it's been over a year. The fact is they don't have the slightest clue when it may come out.

So relax and enjoy your Dewback for a bit longer.

Yeah, I am not holding my breath, especially if they don't have screen shots yet.

and I also hate to burst your bubble, but you won't be piloting any b-wings in the space expansion either. B-wings weren't developed until after episode V: The Empire Strikes Back. This game is set in the time just after episode IV: A New Hope. You'll most likely see only X-wings, Y-wings and z95( I think I got that one wrong, but I mean the fighters that predate the X-wing but are still in use by the rebels).

B-wing suit? Realy, hmmm. Is this rebel loot, or some flight suit that a tailor named "B-Wing suit". Either way the B-wing still shouldn't exist in this timeframe, if it's in the game it's a mistake by some dev who didn't bother to pay attention to the history of the B-wing. I believe that the Y-wing was first to be developed, then came the X-wing (both you see in IV:ANH), then came the A-wing, and finally the B-wing (which you see first in VI:ROTJ). I'd have to replay the old X-wing and Tie Fighter games to refresh my memory and it's been a very long time since I've played them so my memory could be failing me. Heh, those were dos games on floppy disk . . . . meeeeemorieeeeeees.

There is definately a rebel quest item called the B-Wing Pilot Survival Suit (or something similar) given to you by Captain Ackbar. As for craft, the only unadjustable continuity issues are those from the movies. The rest matters but can be fudged a bit (especially the stuff with a smaller audience). But the old X-Wing and Tie Fighter games were awesome. Especially the collector's CD versions.

Yup, there is a quest given B-wing suit. Keep in mind this comes from the same programmers who misnamed the AT-AT pilot helmet (called it AT-ST pilot helmet). *sigh*

True, the B-wing wasn't in production/service at this time but that doesn't mean it can't exist. The B=wing was deisnged mostly by Admiral Ackbar, which easily explains why he would give you the "survial kit". Planes don't go from the mind of an engineer to beingin service over night. The army has been working on the commanche for what, 8 years now? And that jus got scrapped. Average Dev time for a new aircraft is well over 10 years. It is my theory that the B-wing is still in the design phase, much like todays F-22, JSF (x-35), V-22, and Comanche. This more than explains the availabilty of B-wing specific items, but no B-wing to fly.

Yes, Z-95 Headhunter was the predacessor of the X-wing. We will most likely see that and maybe the Naboo starfighter. The A-wing didn't come until Return of the Jedi.

Possiblevehicles(IMO): YT-1300 (Millenium Falcon), T-65 X-Wing, BLT-S3 Y-wing, TIE Fighter, Interceptor, Bomber, Lambda-class Shuttle, Nabbo Starfighter, Firespray -class Patroll and Attack Ship (Bob Fett's ship), various correlian and mon calimari transports, maybe even the Star Viper (form Shadows of the Empire).
