The B=wing was deisnged mostly by Admiral Ackbar, which easily explains why he would give you the "survial kit". Planes don't go from the mind of an engineer to beingin service over night. The army has been working on the commanche for what, 8 years now? And that jus got scrapped. Average Dev time for a new aircraft is well over 10 years. It is my theory that the B-wing is still in the design phase, much like todays F-22, JSF (x-35), V-22, and Comanche. This more than explains the availabilty of B-wing specific items, but no B-wing to fly.
Yes, Z-95 Headhunter was the predacessor of the X-wing. We will most likely see that and maybe the Naboo starfighter. The A-wing didn't come until Return of the Jedi.
Possible vehicles (IMO): YT-1300 (Millenium Falcon), T-65 X-Wing, BLT-S3 Y-wing, TIE Fighter, Interceptor, Bomber, Lambda-class Shuttle, Nabbo Starfighter, Firespray -class Patroll and Attack Ship (Bob Fett's ship), various correlian and mon calimari transports, maybe even the Star Viper (form Shadows of the Empire).
ahhh.... the sweet, sweet Naboo starfighter, just love that shiny yellow little
fighter, still remember the days when playing "Naboo Starfighter" on N64
Oh heck no, the A-Wing!!! That's been my starship since the Westwood Star Wars RPG pencil and paper game. Might not have good firepower and might suck on armor, but that thing sure can VROOOOOM!!!
A very close second would be Kenobi's Jedi Starfighter. ![]()
