The time is almost upon us... someone will tap into the force.

The Antarian Rangers have historically aided the Jedi, assisting and protecting them. Are the Rangers ready?

If you were approached by aplayer with a TEF for using the force -- what would you do? Would you be able to keep their secret -- honestly? Would you be able to refrain from asking them an endless barrage of questions on opening the slot? The temptations would be great.

I'm a rather curious gal by nature -- it is what drives me to explore all these planets, examine all the creatures, and test my skills in hunt after hunt. I'd certainly offer safe harbor and assistance.. not sure if I could resist asking one or two questions. I would be able to keep indentities secret.

As a roleplayer, I'm excited. How about you?

Yes, I'm anticipating some cool RP'ing. I RP my Artisan on Tempest all the time and I'm transitioning my Trandoshan TKA/Ranger to RP slowly. My lizard is a little more confusing:

Antarian Rangers assist the Jedi while TKA's keep a check on their power. Trandoshans abhor weakness and hunt with a passion. Maybe I will test the strength of any Jedi I cross paths with. If I win, they die. If I loose, I will assist them.

Hmm...

The Tka/Ranger dilemna is very interesting... Lots of roleplaying potential there.

I would pvp you anyday....(and buy you a drink after one of us clones) too bad youre not on Lowca. I have too much fun being an overt....makes life more fun.

I'm sure I'm not the only one though I am sure I am in the minority when I say that I have no interest in playing a Jedi or opening my FS slot at any time. Don't get me wrong, I like Jedi as part of the Star Wars saga but I personally have no interest in playing one (thus a game like KOTR holds no interest for me). So should a Jedi cross my path someday I would have no qualms in helping them find refuge without revealing their existence and without asking how they happened to become a Jedi. If that is whatan Antarian Ranger would do then I am fortunate that it meshes with my personal playstyle so well.

I think it would be cool to RP that, and I would help someone who showed to be jedi. Of course I would probably do that even if I wasn't a Ranger. I could keep their secret no problem, seeing as I would want it secret if it were me. I would probably have a hard time not asking some questions though. But I would offer to help them when ever they needed it.

ahh, i for one and several in my PA will infact be playing this exact role.

Even though we are an all incompassing Antarian Rangers (imp, reb & naut) i have spoken to several of my fellow members, some imps, some rebs,and they have all thought it would be cool if someone within our PA went down this path and as it we have several that are going to help me out with this.

I will soon finish my house which will be a safe house for jedi and its location will only be known to very few people, those that help me in my fight and those i trust dearly.

If you are infact jedi and on the bloodfin server, fear not for you have a aid in The Antarian Rangers!

Personally i can see this as increasing the game no end, for me, i would dearly love to become FS but if that doesnt ever happen i will be satisified if i follow this approach as well.

The Jedi are the VERY reason our conceal needs to work in pvp. i want to protect them, they will have the enitre galaxy gunning for them. It even says in our profession decription we protect and defend others. I want to see some of that in pvp. I want to be able to keep any Jedi on my server safe from the scum of the galaxy, namely bounty hunters.

Hehe. Gunnar I can't resist. Chubas not liking Rebels? Isn't that more Star Trek than Star Wars? (Tribbles vs. Clingons, who will win?)

I don't know much about TKAs - they keep the Jedi in check? How do they do that? Very curious... I haven't read many of the books obviously! /blush

Chuba's are much smaller and funnier to watch chase someone. /tellpet follow other , Toady my chuba has chased around many people, but I primarly try to annoy rebs. Its a laugh. Its alot better then having my razor cat or something chase some one.

One of my favorite past times was to get a rasp to follow a novice scout around Keren. I one day sat in the catina scoping out the ladies as my Rasp flew following someone to Kaadraa.

I don't attack other rangers, except in defense. I most assuredly will not attack, pester, badger, badger, badger, badger, badger, badger, badger, badger, badger, badger, badger, MUSHROOM MUSHROOM, or otherwise bother Jedi I discover.
