It is: Master rifleman95 pt + Master ranger 120 pt totalling 215 pt, leaving 35 pt.

Whichever site you use (the first one has holes in it and doesn't add up the points), we only get 4 SP leftover after mastering ranger and an elite combat profession.

That's not good. Was planning on Master Rifle/Master Ranger on my alt...
Comment: only use I can think of to the 4 remaining points, would be FS skills like 4 boxes Ranged speed.

While I don't know about 35, it is CERTAINLY not 4. Look at my template in my sig.
So, you can still go Master Rifles/Ranger.
That's what I am right now, and if I keep it post-CU, I'll have 4 FS points of +20 melee defense, so that's 0 free.
Weighing some other templates though...

Your template is pre-CU though. (Master Ranger, Master Rifleman, CH(0003))
Post CU, you wouldn't be able to take up novice creature handler after mastering ranger/rifleman.
Here's a good site with, what seems to be, fairly accurate post-curb SP requirements.
(although combat medic shows battle armor mitigation/certification, and I thought that was still assault armor)

Agreed totally. If they could simply remove 1 point from each box as they did for ID, things would be very comfy indeed. One could go up all 6 FS trees without requiring a drop in template.
I've got 9 FS boxes at the moment and am TK Master & Master Ranger, which currently gives me 9 spare SPs. I guess that when the CU hits I'll not be able to keep my template and I'll have to drop Master Ranger. I just find this frustrating, added to this all the other problems people are talking about it all seems like doom and gloom. I have no intention of quitting the game over this, and I'll just have to see how the CU goes over the first few weeks before making the decision over ranger.

2. After CU some current templates will be ruined, surviving in the wild can be a problem.

Well I've been testing the CU and today the frogs were allowing us to build up the skills automatically for high end testing. Because my Live character is currently working on Master TK and Master Ranger I did the same in the CU.
Combat Upgrade : Master TK, Master Ranger (4 points left) - Combat Level 80 with 3150 Health (Trandoshan Bonus there I think)
Current System : Master TK, Master Ranger (18 points left)
Now I was considering doing some Force Sensitive stuff and get some scouting and melee bonuses but post upgrade it seems I have to make the choice ...
Choice 1 : Just use 4 points for Force Sensitive stuff .. is all that effort worth it ?
Choice 2 : Drop some Ranger or TK to do the Force Sensitive Stuff I want .. again same question.
Choice 3 : Work up and complete Force Sensitive and Move to Jedi and then make my extra character a Ranger/TK.
What I don't get is why Scouts are the only skill now that requires full mastery to get to its elite skill. As my fiance tells me .. hmph .. some balancing done there - laughs - .
