For some reason, I was thinking the same thing last night. Bizarre.
If it is something you apply along the lines of the camo kit, then I think it should go to Commando or dare I say.....BH. They seem more likely to have the technology. I can't picture a smuggler cloaking to avoid notice, more likely he would be sneaky.

A cool idea, but you don't think it would be rife with balance problems?
We'd have every profession up in arms with our ability to down Krayts by simply making them aggro each other. Heck we would wait until one finishes off the other and then walk in for the easy kill, and loot them both. 
This is already possible to do (but with much risk, I will say). On the other hand, I know a rifleman-CH that can take down a krayt with his pets tanking.

Now can you honestly say that that circumstance is at all game balancing, and won't be nerfed by the developers at some point in the future?
A good example of what kind of effect would be useful. 2 days ago I was on Dantooine, from 60 meters I challenged someone to a duel, in character. The other player couldn't click on me.She knew I was there, and saw my dot on the radar, but I was laying in the tall grass wearing a tan and white camo patterned duster. She had to finally just accept the duel so that I'd show up red and she could target me. Even getting that little advantage for a few moments as the player is racing to our position would be enough to really make the camo kit's worthwhile.
As it is now, I don't carry them with me because they aren't worth the trouble of hauling all the resources around, or even acquiring the resources and crafting them. They need to be unbreakable, they need tohave some effectagainstNPC's a PC's, otherwise I'll stick with maskscent.
