Aye, we may be good at making traps and such...

But there is a time when a seperate must be made between "weapon" and "trap"...

FMOI... Do the BH make their LLC? Or do they purchase it from a WeaponSmith?

Yes there is a difference between Weapon and trap. and this launcher isn't really a weapon. From what I understand of this object so far is that it is to launch our own traps at creatures...fling them, hurl them, shoot them ect. Does the launcher add stats to the trap? Like chance of success, duration, damage (if any) done, what effects ect.? A weaponsmith creates weapons that have Damage, Spd, Range, Wound, HAM. This Launcher doesn't have Wound or Damage on it. Just Range and Spd.

So needless to say, I am a little confused as to what this is supposed to really be, a weapon or a slingshot? To me it seems a slingshot, but to others a weapon capable of acting like our blasters.

The current proposal is that it adds success rate and distance.

Hmmm... It could be a slingshot. Then I guess we would have the ability to make it ourselves.

But if someone suggests that, we start the whole "a slingshot really isn't very futuristic" debate again that we had with the bow.

If you want to try rallying the idea, please do so.

alright thanks..since the launcher is to add to the Traps affects I can live with it being made by a Weaponsmith. Otherwise if it was just for lobbing our traps farther then I would be really against the weaponsmith making it rather than us making it.

Thanks Nraas ^_^
