Yeah they are nice,
Snickers (unbattered) are great though. And dont even get talking about steaks. I think of myself as a sort of steak enthusiast heh and yes its my favourite food heh

oh GOD I love steak. I must consume a steak each weak or I die. Or at leat that's what I tell myself when I sacrifice food for a few days just so I can afford to buy a good steak.
by the way, now that I'm in Wyoming, I have my own excuse to eat steak: in Wyoming, cows outnumber people 3 to 1. I'm just doing my part to even the numbers.

I grew up south of Chicago and moved to Wyoming (for college and stayed) 10 years ago; man am I old! I would much rather look at mountains than idiots. The reason I quoted you JB, is some ancestor of mine came over on the Mayflower, but not the original trip, one of the subsequent trips.
Speaking of sunburns, I am half Scottish and half Norwegian. I burn like a mo fo!

I have two on the Mayflower. One of them was Brewster - I forget the other one. They were interesting people. The first set of kids produced after they landed:
Oldest son was named: Love
Next child, daughter: Fear
Youngest, Son: Wrestling
Gotta love those puritans.
Or whatever the heck was wrong with them. If I wanted to name my kids after family members I could pick some winners! Cornelius Wrestling Coenradina has a ring to it I think.
Whenever anyone asks about my ancestry I reply: American Mutt. A little bit of everything.

Uch.. McDonalds... Burger King fries give McDonalds a trouncing. But they are both beaten hands down by proper, 'local chippy chips'.Tried Wendys when i was in Canada once.. all tastes the same tbh, mcdonalds, burger king, wendies etc.
/disagree IMHO KFC fries areTHE GREATEST fries of the lot! although also /agree none of the "french fries" compare to a King William stick!
/rant on
Oh one otherthing... whilst were not on the subject can i take the opportunity to bring up the subject of that famous scottish restaurants Apple Pies... When ever I've been over the other side of the pond with various travels, I was of course tempted to try the traditional cuisine of the country i was in and have frequented many a Maccy D's on several occasions. I'm telling you American / Canadian McDonalds apple pies are soooooo much better than the deep fried thermo-nuclear temperatured *thingy* we get over here. It actually looks like a pie...
/rant off
Edit: bah! must read rest of thread before posting

Chicken Variety Meal + Extra Portion of Hotwings = Pure Bliss
The chips are great with mayo too, but chippy chips with scraps are still the best.

I hate reading this thread because now I'm always hungry.
BTW, best late-night binge-drinking snack? Snyder of Hanovers' Honey Mustard and Onions pieces. God help me, I could live on those on just those and Steak.

Hmm binge drink snack. As in what you get on way home from pub (i.e. a meal) or simply something light and small after a good session on the black stuff?

The one you grab when you're buying a couple cases of beer and realize that you're going to need some food after 6+ hours of drinking. Or something you get when you're on the way back from the bars (people ALWAYS walk home if you can. More fun stories, less arrests) and you stumble into a supermarket or a gas station mart.
