I like the idea of capitol ships, believe me it's literally a dream come true.
BUT!
I already have a hard enough time finding a crew for my YT-1300, how the heck am I going to find enough people to man a capitol ship for me?

Please tell me they will do something similar for Rebels. At-Ats, interactive Star Destroyers, what will be the incentive to play as a Rebel? Because they are supposed to win in the end?
I'm just hoping that this is a very raw example of the finished system. I would really like some immersion as a Rebel.

oh man - you're not complaining about capitol ships already? I swear, the devs could make you into Yoda and you'd probably complain that you don't have enough hair.

lol
Dont expect cap ships to be common place thats all i say and no there are no buts, not until we actually get details.
I can't decide what "Capitol ships" means. Does this mean that you can obtain a position on the Star Destroyer, or is a "capitol ship" a ship that holds administrators of a certain group, that you can dock with and interact with, or does it mean that you can own a capitol ship?
I think it would be awesome for a guild to actually run their own Star Destroyer and be space-based instead of ground-based, but I would hope that this would come with a Rebel alternative. Maybe I shoud just go Imp, since there are an aweful lot of perks on their side right now.

He was flying the vette not the star destroyer.

Not even including the orignal code that was written. It has to be a nightmare. Plus you comment things like this out because your afriad they dont work. And you dont want to add newer and better headaches to the mess. And there is no going in and cleaning up the mess. Because it all just starts over again.
Need to quote Iseults post here too but too lazy...
For the record: i completely disagree...
In fact, even the very old code I wrote, I still can read. Others can read it too.
Why? We have been using the same set of QA standards: coding standards, reviews and stuff like that.
The bigger the project, the more people getting involved, the MORE important QA becomes.
SOE has proven time over time again it lacks a huge deal in the QA department. Hence why there are all bugs, implementations not up to spec, testing done in a hasty and unsatisfactory manner.

Before the CU, we had a dizzy trap even though dizzy didn't affect creatures.
Now dizzy works, that's good, but a higher level trap stuns animals -- and animals DON'T drain action when they attack.
Time to ask what the Noise Maker is for exactly. Grinding trapping XP?
Well the devs know of the issues with traps and essentially ranger traps are crap compared to the effectiveness of the snare and root (when it works) in scout traps. They are hoping to address this when the revamp happens but we have all heard that before.
Essentially, i cant see this getting adressed until our revamp and stun doesnt stop action regen anyway, its bugged.
