I always go for the least popular professions because I am convinced that there is something there that everyoneelse is just not seeing about them. Sometimes this hunch bears out (Rangers reach out past their suck factor onto a whole new plane of awesomeness), and sometimes not so much (MPowers sure has some pretty lights but... well I won't go into that here).

Awards night on Starsider Server a couple of weeks back. I got teased by my entire group..."hey webbs..you should get the award for the "Only Ranger" on the server.

Kashyyk now there is a piece of work...what did they just look at Guildwars and say...lets do one like that! i lost my imagination to mundane programming? Guildwars they can flush..I tried it, I"m no robot I can't do quest after quest..it's boring!!!

I think I just have plain old fashioned 'bad luck' with my template choices. Just about every game I play, I choose the class that strikes me as 'fun'. Pistoleer/Ranger pre-cu, good luck with that. CH/Ranger immediately following the CU. Then I switched to MRM/MR, which is great fun, but still gimped a long ways. Unlocked a Jedi. MP/ME for the lose? Well, not really... I am really good at not dying, but dagnabbit, I can't kill anything either. Played WoW for a while... guess which two classes I played - Yup, Hunter and a Warlock, go go gimped again. It's not that I intentionally choose the broken/gimped classes.... it's just that the ones with the best potential seem to always be least fulfilled.... /sigh. Maybe I'll make one of my characters a MSL/MCommando or MSmuggler, round out the bunch.
