So with the new modifier plugged into Otaba's formula the harvesting factors becomes:
Solo MR: 2.5 (1 +150/100) a 25% increase from current live status.
Two MRs in a group: 3.5 (2.5*1.4) each
A lone MR in a reg. group: 3.0 (2.5*1.2)
A MR and a 0040 Ranger grouped: MR - 3.25 (2.5*1.3), 0040 - 2.66 (1.9*1.4) a ~22.2% advantage to the MR
A MR and a 0030/0020 Ranger grouped: MR - 3.25 (2.5*1.3), 0030 - 2.52 (1.8*1.4)/0020 - 2.38 (1.7*1.4) a ~29% and ~36.6% advantage to the MR respectively
Two 0040 Rangers in a group: 2.47 (1.9*1.4) the solo MR has a 1.2% advantage over these
MR/MS solo comparison gives the MR a harvest 66% higher ( (2.5-1.5)/1.5*100 ) than the MS. If they group the MR will harvest ~42.9%more.
In summary the only times a solo MR is outharvested now is when a 0030 Ranger or above is grouped with a Master Ranger,a grouped MR is never outharvested.However solo MRs are ofcourse still outharvested by grouped MRs by 40/30/20 % depending on the other group members. And by 0040/0030 rangers grouped with a MR by 6.4% and 0.8% respectively.

!!Dave, Dariane et. al. has gotten something, butfar fromeverything they wanted. Hopefully its a small comfort that there has to be a MR in the equation for them to be outharvested as solo MRs.......
I've saidbefore (Harvesting change thread)thatI think this isthe way the game is moving, more and more bonuses for propper- (not solo-) grouped players. Good news for some I guess, bad for others.
Now if someone could enlighten me as to how this affects the harvesting cap, whatever that is, using veghash/droids etc. Are they pure harvest % increases like the group bonuses?
Some testing (another thread) indicates that droids are now useless while grouped (as they don't get the group bonus) - might be a pain for rifle rangers? Ofcourse we now have to be within the 64m range for group bonus anyways, any thoughts on uping this to 128m or something like that?

so, if 2 master rangers group, will they still have their 150+40% as well? (+210)

2 master rangers in a group mean harvest galore now hehe.
Not a clue what the % does though, be it % mod increase or harvest yield increase.
