Rodians make horrible leaders, because we all know what attracts flies and hence all samples of the rodian species, and is that really where we want to be going?

Although, Ranger Community has a lot of awesome people that could have ashaved bothanschance inJabbas Palaceat filling calcs stinky shoes, so no worries for the future. Nosireee.

I simply believe that a Correspondent can not assist a forums members if the development community has no genuine intent on attempting to implement or address forum concerns. The Ranger forum represents the facts for my belief. In that regard I believe that the only answer is to not have any correspondent until that attitude changes. However, I also recognize that there will inevitably be a corr simply because at the end of the day at least one person would accept it if for nothing else than to get the "Blue Glowy" name. Since your are leaving and since I know I will be subjected to a new corr, and since my call to not have one was deleted I decided I would speak out for my preference. Although let me clarify though I may argue or disagree often with many members of this forum I have no ill will to any member of this forum. Honestly Calc if you read back through many of your posts as correspondent as the voice between us and the devs don't you see a pattern?

I know that I can't take the role, I wouldn't be able to handle the priorities of the developers, over those of the players.

And Hakai can make light over the rest of it, but a pattern is obvious.

When i say neautral i mean having been on Botah sides seeing what they Boath offer and dont offer. And not so headstrong to one faction. and i have to say its hard todo. I was PR for a MOD for a game that had 4 factions. And the tendency to favor you Ownfaction is not hard to do. I caught myself many of time talking about my faction when write press releases and news to the mainsite. And this game can draw you in. Theres alot of passions in this game.

Im sure who ever gets it will have our full support. They will have mine Cuz i know I DONT WANT THE JOB!! Yes JOB thats what it is. A better job then say Jedi or BH cor.

Though I would be for tying up Fred and dragging him kicking and screaming as an offering to the Corr forum.

However there are almost a dozen others I can think of as well.

1) Why is Calc stepping down? Someone needs to talk some sense into that boy...
2) I'm not sure that I have that kind of time to be a cor. Recently I had to make a business trip and I don't have a guarenteed I-net access when I make those trips.

Hey, you know what the cool thing is? You can send an email in for somebody else-- just create a random email address and send an email about how much you want to be the Corr. And then, like Tiggs asks, just put in your forum name-- or somebody elses.

By the way, JB, you are now officially in the running for the new corr. position.

This is horrible! I return to find my new title on the forum is "Jedi". What's up with that? If they wanted to confer that I'm rare and learned, they'd make my title RANGER. and then make it camo colored.

I've never used the Rescue command. in fact, i've never even had that skill box before other than at the last Ranger Meet when we had the blue frogs.

So there you go, yet another reason why this crazy should be your Supreme Rul... i mean Absolute dicta... I mean Coorespondent.
