While those two older systems are valid from a certain point of view, I believe the system that is used in the Core Worlds to be a lot more accurate. It's called the New Hotness Species Ranking System.

1. Human
2. Twi'lek
3. Zabrack
4. Wookiee
5. Rodian
6. Bothan

The other races aren't officially ranked, but they'd go in this sequence in my opinion:

7. sullustan
8. trandoshan
9. mon-calimari
10. ithorian

Bothans are all rebel scum anyway, so they don't matter.

and contrary to what so many bothans would have you believe, Greedo was not the only rodian to appear in the films. in episode 2, Chancellor Palpative had a rodian Aide. Also, during a session of the Senate when the Senate bestowed emergency power on the Chancellor, you see the Rodian senators cheering.
