You know its much faster to use the Test Centers with Blue Frogs to Test Ranger Combos.

Thats what I do anyways, what with the Frogs etc.

My template seems to work ok, I am CL74 with MR, BH 0/4/4/3 and medic 0/0/4/0, I was taking Torton missions on Rori that were CL76, taking on one at a time and running in a big circle I could take them down with my 300 base DPS laser rifle. Generally i would get them down to about 1/3 health before they catch up with me then I use the 300 point heal every 15 seconds from Medic 0/0/4/0 to stay alive long enough to finish them off.

Rori seems a great place to get exp solo, all the local wildlife is so low level that they can't really damage me, yet I can pull missions either slightly lower than my level, the same or slightly higher.
