Thanks for all the messages of condolences from all of you outside the UK. I have some friends who live and work in London but they are all safe and sound.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the victims and their families.

Im so sorry i havnt been around much this week guys, i logged in a few times when i could but to be honest just didnt feel like posting much at all. A very close friend of mine was in hospital having a hard time early this week then my life has just been a mess since the bombings. I had a good number of friends down there that day, and infact if it wasnt cancelled the day before, i would of been down in London at a meeting. The past fews days have been a nightmare spending all day at work ringing around, travelling and get prety damn upset at times so i apologise for everything. Life is starting to return to normal now that the last of my missing friends managed to ring in yesturday morning but too many close calls to just shrug it off.

Give me a few days and i should be back on the ball but just need a little time to myself and my woman to get my head straight.

My heart goes out to all the innocent people effected
