Thanks for all the messages of condolences from all of you outside the UK. I have some friends who live and work in London but they are all safe and sound.
My thoughts and prayers go out to the victims and their families.

Life is starting to return to normal now that the last of my missing friends managed to ring in yesturday morning but too many close calls to just shrug it off.
Give me a few days and i should be back on the ball but just need a little time to myself and my woman to get my head straight.
My heart goes out to all the innocent people effected

Sun's out mate. Grab the bird, get a couple of cans of spesh, find a tree, just sit and let the world go about it's dirty little business for a bit.
