I don't hate the new system. I haven't even made up my mind yet. I just would like clarification.

Perhaps it would be betterif I keep itto one question. Does this mean instanced dungeons or does it mean that new quests are going to be harder?

Again I apologize, I did not mean to attack you in anyway. But I am still confused about the whole thing.

The old system could not be balanced to the same degree this system can be so its easier to make content balanced to provided either a fast/slow/easy/tough experience. The new system is far more balanced so quests can be made that provide a challange for everyone and not just the few gimped classes.

They're just begging for people to either stay or not quit the game. Sad thing is people are tired of them saying oh were gonig to fix it and then it gets worst then it was. And everyone pays for this stuff is the kicker. I just canceled my account last night so I have tell the 19th. Guildwars by far has been a better game the last couple nights.

For those that are currently anti-combat upgrade, you may be interested to know that a petition web site has been set up to protest against the CU.

It can be found at www.swgpetition.com

You may also be interested to know that the BBC News web site has covered the story.

Apologies if this is old news but I've only just seen it. Thanks

If anyone is confused as to why the combat level system is a bad idea, I can put it most simply as, mobs should have the same damage output, regardless of the skill of the player fighting them. With the combat level system, weaker players who have little defences and offences anywayget the most damage, and strongest players who have the best defences get the least damage thrown at them. So, to put it another way, it makes it even harder for the people who would be having a hard time anyway, and it makes it even easier for the people who don't need it to be easier because they're at the top of their skills.

Keep it constant, KISS.

(For the uninitiated, KISS= Keep It Simple Stupid).

I didn't use buffs or uber armour, so why did the combat revamp have to spoil my game?
