I give all my stuff away to guildies unless I have a specific contract.

Basically I have a house with a bag for each resource and the guild has access to go in and take what they want. Anything really really good I might stash away for later use or for giving to a specific guildie. 900+ OQ PE avian I wont put in the bag for fear it may accidently be used to grind. I give it direct to the Doctor.

Lately I've made all my money off of murdering the Binyare pirates that infest the hills around our city. Hunting animals I do for fun. And I harvest whatever the best resource is on Yavin/Endor at the time (pretty much the only spots I hunt now).

I hoard the good stuff until at least a month after the spawn dies, then auction it off. Also help out friends, and take orders. Nothing like auctioning some killer stat meat when only junk is spawning, muahahahah

As I have only been a Ranger for a short time, I've mainly been giving hides away to a guildmate grinding Tailor. Now that she's about done, I'll still slide some her way when she starts running a little low. I did go Naboo Avian hunting back a couple weeks ago, when it was amazingly high quality. I split that in half, sold one chunk to someone on the trade forums who was buying it at 100 cpu, then took the second half and split that in half again. One chunk went to my guild (2 doctors) and the other is sitting in my deposit box to wait for a rainy day when I'm in desparate money straits.

I'm currently running around on Tatooine, collecting wooly hides, cause I think it's fun to hunt wild Bantha (1300 hide/lair). I'll probably ask if any guildmembers want it, and if not, throw it on my bazaar for 4-5 cpu. Gotta pay for the travel/cloning costs somehow. (stupid getting killed while loading into the game, after going LD)
