I'd like to second Saki's report about harvesting a resource that a creature doesn't have, like the jellypiket. When I harvest a resource that a creature doesn't have, then I am unable to go back and harvest a resource that it does have. Shouldn't be a problem with meat, however...
P.S. I feel like a dope when I do this. A ranger should know better than to use the wrong lootharvest macro...

I'm going to have to disagree with you Calc. The cancelled organics survey tool from TC1/2 proved that creature resources have %-based harvesting modifiers like all other resources. The %-density inside a building is 0% so you get the basic 1 unit. The no-camping effect is just a nice side effect.

Not sure if it's related or not, but I was hunting on Yav a couple nights ago and went in to Woolamander Palace and the Woolamanders inside only harvested out 1 unit of hide (while woolamanders outsider averaged around 51).
Had the same issue with Klikniks inside Blue Leaf Temple.
That is by design so people don't camp the caves to be able to get unlimited harvests of good resources.
We agree to disagree then

Yea, there's definitely somthing up w/ that resource, but this Carnivore Meat has been in shift for at least a week now and I've had no problems until last night harvesting it. It's been enough time for it to move on out which is why I figured that it's shift cycle may just be taking longer to replace the resource. /shrug

Make sure y'all /bug any issues with anything is game! That is the best way to get a bug noticed, especailly since this particular isn't easily reproduced. It is a good idea to post here, too, but always /bug as well

It sounds like the meat shifted but nothing replaced it.
We know that animal resources work like artisan resources, for the most part. Artisan resources aren't always in shift, so maybe some backend change accidently allowed this to happen for animal resources?

I was going to try to login on my lunch break today and see if it was still happening but didn't have a chance. If the problem was still there, I most certainly would have /bugged it.
However, I read on another forum that this particular meat has indeed shifted. So that even furtherconfirms my suspicion of it being between shifts last night.
