Watchmore of the Jedi/Bounty hunter flame wars. I think they just don't want to open up a second front.

Honestly though, I'm betting it's just a new respec bounty hunter that posted that, and that itisn't representative of the bounty hunter community. Well, the real bounty hunters at least. BH was FOTM for the respec.

How many skills point do you guys have? One guy posts that he's a master BH/Ranger, another says he's MBH/0400 CH/4441 Ranger . . . what the heck? To be MBH/MR you have to master scout, marksman, BH and Ranger. No way are there enough skill point for that! And this guy (Xonar III) saying he's "0400 CH/Master BH/4441 Ranger," I mean either that's a balls-out lie or you're cheating. Master Marksman (77 points) and Master Scout (77 points) to get Master BH (63 points), that leaves you 33 points to get 4441 Ranger and 0400 CH. Also, for you MBH/MR, it leaves you 33/63 points for your master Ranger. Am I missing something here, or what?

They dropped the requirements to acquire BH to Ranged Support 4 and Exploration 4.

But when you get to BH, you still have to get points in pistols, carbines and rifles? And BH experience?

Yes, but you can do that without the corresponding lines in Marksman.

i was thinking same. after all, i did /pointandlaugh at the original poster.

You know even tho its a mute point now and will be brought up time and time again in the future i will say this, i have been in the past a MBH M carb with some SL tossed in for defences (currently a Master ranger Master Sl and loving it). I netted over 60 jedi during the intial 29 days of the CU and the respec stuff. oh and yes many many were knights. and i will say this having been a ranger prior to this MBH craze...i NEVER ONCE thought about tracking, heck i never had time.

a good bh works it like this. drop droid move to ship and wait....gets data, moves on target, lands at SP drops seekers and hits shuttle. lands in city closest to point of target. i would drop my pet group it and stay it. (gets my SL bonus in on the defences for me and allowed me volley fire bonus on the poor jedi)

i get an update from the droid. i ALWAYS waited for 2 see if the jedi was static eating marshmellows cause god knows they love to camp in their houses....ok he moved, mount up...ride.......500m.....400m.....300m...suit up guns armed down foods....pups online...200m....map online and looking......100m...target jedi...75m...store bike via hot key, spam volley fire, KD em and let the shots fly...jedi dies. drop bike and move on....

now where in that did i need tracking??? ooh 500m track to look for a jedi i can SEE ON THE OVER HEAD MAP AT 400m!!!!!!!!!

you can always tell the good BHs from the noobs and yes i mean noobs...the ones that send you a tell, hey are you rebel or imp, or fear me im gonna steal your xp... its those people who want track.... cause they need a handicap...nuff said.
