Very nice, and well done. Seems to be what I remember it. Yes the war has quieted some but I think what happend is we found a "48th parrallel" for now. I will be it's last soldier if it comes to that. Always wanted Rangers to be more Rambo-like anyway

So many fond memories from the old days. I came in right before Mineras left and I've beenhere ever since. I think it's kinda funny how many other correspondants have read/replied here-- this is far and away the best "history" lesson I've ever had.
There are several other tales that can be told-- the story of the crazy mountain man "JBMat" who is said to haunt anyone who asks about camping macros or trackingwith waypoints. Then there's the story of the young Bothan who though a combination of humor and alchohol dispersal was able to become rather well known among the Rangers. Fred Skinner, another crazy mountain man...although it is rumored he spends his day camoflauging himself and whispering quietly to himself "I'm invisible-- the invisibility isn't client side. I'm invisible...". And then there's the epic Vorpaks, hero of Rangerdom and mistress of all things soft and snuggly.
So many good tales, so many good times. I love you guys. Some of the funniest things have happened right here. Those of you who weren't around for Mineras or N'Rass-- you missed a great part of our history. But fear not-- with Owen at our helm, and with the list of people who could potentially take over after his reign...there will be PLENTY of insane times ahead.

I have no idea what you mean.
Actuallly in that context "mistress of all things soft and snuggly" just sounds wrong. I have a mental image of a leather clad wookiee cracking the whip over a bunch of care bears. It's hurting my brain.
