Ranger Archive

It doesnt give you a message, but if you watch your wilderness sruvival exp, it is going up. The only activities that i have noticed that actually give you a wilderness survival exp message are actaul camping and fishing.

A bit confused here I have yet to see any exp given for crafting of traps or camps. Am I missing something? Can someone please explain it to me.
