OK well personally if you have ranger skills and the rest of your points spend on Jedi, there is potential there. The thing is ranger has no combat really, so you will want to get some of the Lightsaber line in jedi. I think it has a lot of cool possibilties, especially if you want to focus on PvE as a jedi. Get some lightsaber, at least one combat style, and blocking, and some other force powers you still have points for, to go with ranger.

In case you're wondering why I had to take a deep breath and why others have done similar....Ranger is an incomplete profession, stated even by devs. They didn't finish it before launch, and some of what we have is a little buggy or not realy worth the SP. So a lot of us rangers, like me, have a lot of bad feelings toward the whole jedi system, because it has gotten soooooo much attention in the last several months. This is really annoying when professions like Ranger, or pistoleer are soo lacking themselves.
