Well, last night I watched a glowsticker use his TK alt to spam intimidates at krayt while he wailed on it with his sabre. Neither seemed to be taking much in the way of damage, and the krayt went over in no time at all.
Spoke to him later, he says he can do 30 or more in a play session, but he gets bored as he's more or less just spamming attacks and heals. If he hadn't got a jedi he'd have quit months ago as there's no content...
... what disturbs me most is that he seems to be saying he's been doing the same thing for months?? Maybe it's time to own up to the fact that, for him, he's reached End Game?
Also goes to show that no matter what's introduced into the game, players will always find a way to get one up on it.

and on a side note. I truely KNOW now, first hand, that this game is SERIOUSLY SCREWED UP when i see 1(one) person soloing ANCIENT Krayt dragons with a ........flamethrower..... This person was killing ancients at about 1 every 20minutes. The ancient wasn't doing ANY REAL damage to this person.
i know this is not big news to a lot of folks, but i had not yet seen such a blatant example of p!ss poor coding in my playing time. it really sickened me. but i could not get mad at the player, and i wasnt. They were just making use of the sytem provided to them.
True we all know it is really out of balance. I remember when we first went live, no one dared take on a Rancor by themselves. You were grouped, armored and had the best weapons money could buy. The problem is, even if people want to rant about Jedi, they all want to have the power of a Jedi and destroy anything and everything at will without fear of dying. This unfortunately completely unbalances any game and makes them become rapidly boring, and every one ends up being a super hero type character with just a different costum on.
Hopefully with the total rebalance they will get us back to a healthy place.
