In no particular order:
1) Getting Master Ranger and actually feeling as if I had accomplished something
2) Having a jedi ask me to help him track down Gorax and finding one for him (my second day as Master Ranger - I had no idea what a Gorax was before)
3) Tracking Gorax myself after the Jedi left to sell his shards, having one warp 30m behind me, and solo killing the furry beast (no loot, but I didn't care)
4) Applying camo to guildies for the first time (it didn't work of course, but they thought it was cool).
5) Making my first million by selling Yavin leathery that I hunted and harvested solo (the spawn was actually wrong, but the vendor bought it before he and I realized it was wrong. He refused a refund.)
6) Making my first trap schematic in a HTFB
7) Taking a guildy that had never seen a Gorax ona hunt and looting a heating element.
8) Supplying traps and camps to a ranger wannabe and helping him work up through scout
9) My first milking
10) Hunting unbuffed and unarmored anything and everything I wanted
I've only been around about 6 months, but Ranger was my first and only profession on my first character. I've enjoyed reading the forum and talking with a few fellow Rangers along the way. I'll stick around and see what the NGE offers, but I have a feeling the best time of my gaming life just may be over(going back over 20 years to my Commodore computer lol). I guess we all have to grow up sometime.

Don't give up and run off yet.. I to was very sad and mad when I read of all this and I nearly canceled my accounts.. but knowing that I am a cancer and I don't like change I've been reading thru the forums and trying to get on TC to check it out.. it doesn't sound TOO bad, and maybe it will be cool.. change is something that happens alot in this game.. its kinda like the weather.. if you don't like it, wait a while and it will change.. but even with all the changes, I've always managed to have a great time and mostly due to the people that play the game.. I think we are all a very unique and special group of peeps
I don't post too much on the forums either.. and I've been in the game about 2 years (6 months after launch i think??) Just remember that only a small fraction of the people that play post on here...its easy to get discouraged from some of the negative posts.. even some of my few rants at times I have to admit..grrr /slaphand
edited for bad spelling lol

all of the conversations and friendships started by the HTFB... i've said before this was my favorite part of ranger, and it still stands...
all the ranger meets... primarily the last one before the CU: bufflessly assaulting the geonosian bunker;Phenix uncovering my secret (and saving me some xp); Obata's last ride...
being welcomed here in the ranger forum - even as a minor voice and amild irritation, heh...
all the hubbub with the ranger hat and wookiee flightsuits (oh yeh, you guys called that deal "hawtpants")...
not posting rants after typing them, losing rants to the fickle-forums, and occasionally trying to retype them but failing horribly...
arguing while agreeingwith Lythander... sometimesdisagreeing with everythingJB would say, but still really enjoying the post!... discovering WildBil = Wyndinn... getting to know Hon... being cheered up by Paks, constantly... having Algie swear her revenge... and befriending Calc, despite his obvious scaley flaws...
and finally, having the last post on several threads because the mood died out long before i realized it, heh... hopefully this thread won't be one of those...
