The B-wing has always been my favorite. I would go with an A-wing second. The X-wing never really appealed to me. I think thispost was just a ramble...

ugth.. Wookiee's need underpants.. I think I just creamed myself looking at those screenshots

They did a great job with the 3rd person fighter view, though I prefer 1st person. And I'm happy for interior running a-muck.

I wonder what the Ranger's role will be in space. Probably the same as on the ground- obsolete.

And yeah, he's a master pilot. Notice the colors of the blocks. I imagine the A-Wing cert would be the hardest to achieve. It *IS* the hardest fighter to fight with. No armor and super fast speed. Thats a recipe for disaster.

I want a Y-Wing.. just so I can make jokes about swooping low over Dath and bombing the hell out of Rancors.

dont make me get my grumpy face on and start swinging my cane around..Where's Rancorrider when you need another grumpy old Ranger?

Personally, while in my sig I say im a CSM, I am actually working on Captain in the rebels, I just think that my style of play is much more up close and personal...which is well suited to a sergeant major (if any of you have had CSM yell at you... you know what I mean

I know exactly what you mean bro.

Im working up for a B-wing, I think that the X-Wing will be in high demand of course, and the B-Wing just seems fun. Im also torn between that and the YT-2000 or the YT-1300.

What is the YT-2000? The Millenium Falcon is a YT-1300, but I have no idea what a YT-2000 is.

Either of those would be nice, and by the looks of it, we may be able to shoot from the turrets in another players' ship... please oh please

You can shoot from a turret on another players YT-1300.

Your friendly neighborhood Ranger,

Yeah, I meant to ask that...Ithink Dash Rendar's ship was a YT-2400...that what you meant?

The YT-2000 is the upgrade of the YT-1300. It has a centrally positioned cockpit, more guns and better power in the non-modified versions.

YT-2000

No clue.

It was a flyable ship in the X-Wing Alliance game...and was a lot of fun

I hear Dant is good too...but I prefer the solitude (and non spawning) of Lok. I never have to worry about running into a bad guy (PC or Critter) while running missions there. They hard part is finding a Reb terminal in a Player City .

By the time of Launch, they'll likely count "Vetern" players as anyone whose played for over a year. So, October area, I'd assume.
