Agon, awsome pic's. I cant wait, I wanna fly fighters. Ummm..... iI noticed that some are building faction pts to earn a ship? anyone know if anyone can get one?

At one point there was talk about needing Rank, and/or Faction point to buy some ships...I am pushing toward Colonel as we speak
. Judging by the certs on the SS, it appears the Rank and Faction point things may not hold true anymore. Man, I love rumors!!!

Yes! Some Rebel and Imperial starships will likely be limited to players with specific ranks or a large number of faction points, so you can start earning faction points now. In addition, we're working ona new system that givesspecial space-specificperks to veteran players; more details about this will be coming soon.

OK i have to start getting serious about faction points, but what defines a veteran player? I've been playing since 10/03, does this qualify me? just wondering

Personally, while in my sig I say im a CSM, I am actually working on Captain in the rebels, I just think that my style of play is much more up close and personal...which is well suited to a sergeant major (if any of you have had CSM yell at you... you know what I mean
Im working up for a B-wing, I think that the X-Wing will be in high demand of course, and the B-Wing just seems fun. Im also torn between that and the YT-2000 or the YT-1300.
Either of those would be nice, and by the looks of it, we may be able to shoot from the turrets in another players' ship... please oh please
