I use the flash bomb on higher mobs. I dont really care if its AE or not though. It's a better blind on the higher creatures then the bone spur in my experience. I have little trouble with it hitting as well, I get about 90% successful hit with it.

But as NRaas said, an AE root, or adhesive mesh would be great for the esape. That is all I really use adhesive mesh for is getting away from stuff. An AE tangle, or the P. Dart would be awesome. If I get swarmed drop one of those and I can back away from the crowd, with out needing to worry about all but my target following me.

So NRaas, is more traps for the Ranger on a list to discuss with Devs? We get 2 extra traps as Rangers. Wooopie.....Thats truely sad. Now I know they said they are making one to work against NPC. Thats cool, but only one of those? And still only 2 animal traps? Come on. How about 2 more animal traps, and 2 totaly NPC traps. That sounds more like what we should be getting for an advanced profession. Espeically seeing as the only real combat oriented things we get are traps and creature to hit bonus.
