Thread: Is there any reason to get the Trapping or Camping branches of Ranger?

A quick clarification...
scout trapping is amazing, the traps there are all you will really need in life. The only reason to get ranger trapping is to increase the chances of having your trap hit on the higher level critters.
Just yesterday, I trapped an ancient bull rancor and beat it up with some well placed head hits. The two traps we get as rangers really arent worth it, however, im discovering that rescue is becoming a far more usefull skill than I previously expected.
