I'm a sort of decorating extrordinaire on Lowca.
i decorated my tailor's tent outside coronet to look like a real clothing store, complete with a rack with clothes hanging off it, cash register, and 2 tier'd shelves for displaying foot wear.
i have a museum with millions of credits worth of rare loots all on display in a large tatooine house
i've decorated our cantina as a dinner theatre type of night club, and will soon offer gambling tables for those so inclined.
my house is just a cozy place i like to hang my sunguard when i need a break. just has some typical artwork, and furniture sitting around, as well as my imperial dress uniform,as well as some other clothing outfits.
my city hall (im a mayor) is the pinnacle of my decorating work though. the main hall consists of a large meeting room, complete with tourism information terminals, fountian, seating for the city council as well as citizens. the city archieves room has several tables for reviewing the archieves, as well as a record retreival droid, and a record keeper droid. then there is the crafting room. this room took FOREVER to decorate, as it is very difficult to intentionally decorate random objects strewn around a room.
as much as i love being a Ranger, and a Pikeman, and a Tailor, and a Weaponsmith, Interior Decorator is quite fun as well.
Good luck with the cabin, let me know if you need any other ideas for items, or if you've seen stuff around, and don't know where to get it, i could probably tell you where, as i've got quite the collection of rarities and oddball items.
I'v got plants, and candles, a few of the cheap-o "Cafe" chairs that look like kinda rustic wood chairs. (I can't stand the actual "wooden chairs" in the game) some foraged goods, the tanned hides, some hide on the floor, and a camp in the corner. It's just starting to come together, so I don't have anything really awesome... I just wanted ot pitch in the with the other Ranger decorators here.
I would absoltely love to get one of the Endor landscape paintings, but I haven't been able to find one I can afford yet.

I've thought long and hard about incorporating Kreetles into the tanned hide and it just doesn't fit the bill. To compensate, I am setting up a small table with some custom made food on it...

BTW, I got my gambling table made up for me tonight, and I also gota beserker rifle
Ironically the Architects craft what the Ranger would be a naturalat doing, namely Tanning Hides 
(I think the Devs really want us Rangers to feel totally un-loved)

Some decisions in this game are so horribly confuzzling I feel like crawling around at mach 4 and licking cantina dwellers all day.
