What r they revamping on BH? making them even better? or taking them down a few pegs

Our Village is in Phase 4, which means lots of great grinding at the Village if you're so inclined. I went in with no title and a carbine in my arms and got invited into a group without even asking. I went in with my Ranger title up and couldn't even get acknowledged.

BTW, where the hell do you see your weapon certs now? I thought it was in the skills screen
before, but I cant find it now...
No more per-skillbox certs, it's all level based now, apart from a few high end specialist weapons line the Proton carb for MBH.
There's an article in the Holocron (ctrl+H, knowledge base, search on "Combat upgrade weapon levels"). I'm sure theres a list onthe forums too but my google-fu fails me this morning.

I tried that a few days after the CU came out, it was horribly wrong then. It works now?
