Thread: Solo -vs- Group: Which are you?
I like grouping, when the group knows what it's doing, which is rarely. It's better with people I know, but after about a week and a half, the novelty of grouping wore off and everyone went back to finding ways to solo.
So, like pre-CU, when I solo'd out of necessity, now I solo... Well, because I have to, usually. I can go to Dantooine and join a hunting group, but then I can't target resources--it's strictly XP, and sometimes factional.
I guess my answer is--I like to group sometimes, but I prefer solo play, because it's the only way to get out of the game what I both want (a relaxing time without dorks training me or going "hahah u f4g") and what I need (an in-game living).
I love to work in a group....but, finding a group to hunt, is all but impossible at times. So I end up doing alot of solo..just enter sniper mode conceal and kill

I do both, but I would say percentage wise I run higher in the solo category.

I used to solo all the time, now with the CU a group of Scouts and AS alts can easily outharvest me.
So if I am hunting for cash/critters I have been grouping much more but I still solo 70% of the time due to the difficulty of finding a decent group.
I must say I have been enjoying grouping more that I thought I would, but that is probably because I was such an anti-city, anti-social player before. I still have people astounded that I am not in a guild or have never been in one....lol
And no, I never use rescue. If someone is getting hammered, a few headshots draw arggo a lot more effectivly....

So, you're not hunting on Kash huh?
