My initial reason for going towards Ranger was the Jedi protector (not that they need one) role. One problem with that is I don't know any Jedi, so on with life.NowI just enjoy being able find potential pets using areatrack. The community of Rangers is great. It is probablyone of thebest aspects of being aRanger.Unlike CH boards I have never been flamed for a how to or why question.

When I got into SWG I wanted BH..along the way I came upon Ranger, took it till I got the combat XP (and carbine done).
Well,
Did BH, and did not like it. It did not fit my play style. I like being in the outdoors, camping (I did not even care about publish 7, I set up field bases, for my pets and I because I love it), tracking prey and hunting.
I find I enjoy the game more (BH I got annoyed with shuttle and start port waits, bad waypoints for marks, and just the general grind feel). Ranger, I am self sufficient, and feel free to enjoy the game environment more.
So I’m back, doing a Ranger / CH.
Lucky for me I was still 2/2/2/1 Ranger. I look forward to the day I can hang ‘Master Ranger” over me…
