Don't forget; you need skill tapes to do that. I get 2.5 seconds on my SS2, usually.

What is this about "skill tapes"? I have heard the term used before but how can I use them to improve my combat performance?

They are little tapes that goe into socketed clothing or armor. Two types one is a clothing attachment, the other armor attachment. When you examine your clothing (it will show up in yellow) you can see how many sockets you have. There are good guides on the forums about this. I unfortuantly dont have one handy
