Star Trek is one of the first things to get me into Sci-Fi, and Scotty was my favorite Star Trek character after Spock.

And The Next Generation had him in a few episodes as well, i think it was some sort of time travel thing, where Scotty was able to see the new Enterprise.

Yea I remeber that episode... he rigged the transporter beam to be on continous mode to save people during an emergency.. except it only saved him.
