I might publish his name here in a "Wieners Who Will Never Receive Help From the Ranger Community" post.

I don't know if posts that name names (no matter how moronic someone is) are good on the forum at all, much less the Ranger forum (as they are server specific).
Of course, of course, but the idea is still fun to entertain.

So, I tell my friend to keep going and I'll catch up in a moment; I have a plan. Bonehead is still following me and throwing insults, so I store my speeder, remask, perform a quick areatrack, and proceed to lead him up the slopes into Squill country. It was tough for him to keep up, but bonehead managed to follow me until I led him into a group of the beasts. I lost sight of him about that time. That was the last I heard from our pursuer. I'm guessing he learned his lesson.

Oh man that is funny
I hated Squills when when I was working on Scout and we didn't have any vehicles/mounts. Those things would wipe me out. Great idea though, I'll have to remember this tactic if I have have the same situation come up.

Last night I was hunting nightsisters and this guy kept whizzing by me on his speederbike, trailing gaping spider hunters and various other dath fauna. Now, it could have just been a coincidence that he happened to bring them all by me numerous times, or maybe he was trying to be a jerk and get me killed. If the latter, it must have been frustrating that all his beasties never seemed to notice the prone and camo'd ranger hiding in the grass, too busy carefullysniping ns sentinels to bother with a few spiders. Once, though,I stood up to pet one of them. Not sure if the guy noticed.

Too bad it was only Tat. Next time see if the bonehead will leave a starter planet (most won't) and follow to Endor or Dath.
I love when people hound me there, I just wander thru the reds and they go away, one way of the other.

Once I had a guy asking to join my group while I was wacking Force Crystal hunters. He was standing back shooting his pop gun at them while I and my gf tanked them. I told him no.. go get buffs since he would get killed quick in there. He said he was still alive so far... one /peace later had me rid of an annoyance. Hehe.... sometimes it feels good to be bad.

I saw Bonehead over the weekend. He was still hanging out around Mos Eisley, his profession is now Desperado, but I did not see him harassing anyone to duel.
I stood about 20m from him and watched for quite a long time, even going so far as to duck around a corner and then change the point of view to watch him. He noticed I was there, but he did nothing. Bonehead still wears the bone armor (nothing wrong with that in and of itself) and he was begging for credits "to buy some new armor."
I camo'd him before leaving and later XP notices told me that he eventually went somewhere on Tatooine where there were moderately aggressive creatures.
It's sad, really. Under other circumstances I might have taken him hunting to earn some XP and trained him in any skill I have that he needed. All he had to do was ask nicely. I'll keep tabs on him with /findfriend and /areatrack. Maybe I'll send an e-mail asking how those bruises and scrapes are healing.
