Seriously, /track, the extra crawl speed (as a rifle man), the harvesting bonus and the rarity an community make Rangerthe rightprofession to me.

What are you GLAD you can do now.
There HAS to be something!
- The way other players (more for for the vets) view Rangers. Usually alway a nice /nod or pleasant conversation.
- HTFBK - Even with the force field borked. The regen rate is great for healing wounds as there are a lack of Entertainers around (as least on Scylla outside of theed and coronet)
- TRAPS - stacking up some states really help in taking high level creatures, defence down, stun, etc.
- TRACKING - My loathing of mission terminals makes this a great skill
- HARVESTING - nuff said
- TN - Love the speed in the mountains, Rancors are so slow and I RULE at pub crawls now (prone racing)
- CAMO - Took a new alt of a good friend out a few days ago, saved the day.
- The community and the boards here.
You hear about Role Playing very often with Rangers. I ask you, What is SWG but a MMPORPG? The fact that our profession excells at that makes this a must have IMHO in the game. I think that many time we sell that aspect of it short, and when being a Ranger adds to this from within and from the way other players intereact with you and that is I went Ranger for good

The people.
1: getting custom armor with my name on it
2: my favorite chef naming his harvesting droid "draknev" out of protest and solidarity for rangers
3: when i dropped ranger to go merchant, more than one person said, "wow, hell has frozen over"
4: the constant tells, emails i get asking me when im going back.
