LOL, I was accused of being one of the new rangers a few days back by a guy who says "All you new rangers suxors, I have been ramger for over two weeks now". I just /lol at him and said I had been ranger for two months and just level slow as molasses.

However, I say, if they want to be rangers, fine, let them be. The fad will wear off and then they will all go back to their uber templates and leave us and the profession in peace. Only the ones who stay are really rangers.

I have been a ranger for around 13 months granted ten of those months i did not play.

Just came back and am lost.

I hate Auctions they take to long and to poor for buyouts

I have several accounts and my ranger is probably my most played and most enjoyed account...I wanted to be a ranger from the first time I saw one of high tech field bases way back when I first started
I grinded all through Ranger and the tents all on my own with no help, because when I did it NO ONE else was doing Ranger...and I was soo proud when I was finaly able to train Master Ranger, and now I throughly enjoy the ouu and ahhs when I'm with a group and I'm able to drop one of those awsome tents..or now when the harvesting bonus comes up on the screen!!
Also.. on most of my characters I don't show my proffesion tags...I have a doc/cm, and a pistoleer/fencer..(working on smuggler)...but I ALWAYS display my Master Ranger because its the one I'm most proud of Mastering

Well that would make your ranger your MAIN now wouldn't it?

The NEW rangers from the "patch of increased harvests" are alts, however. From your discription above you really don't qualify

there has been an increase even on little scylla

but I still have freinds that cant beleive Ive styed ranger for so long.

I mastered sometime in late 2003 and have never dropped

why, I dont know but I dont know that I will be able to keep even my current player temp in the CU

which suxx.

I know..me too. We'll just have to find other ways to become one man Ranger units so we can become loners

I have been a ranger for almost two years now, well if you count beta before SWG ever went live, then it has been over two years.

Rangers must still be pretty rare on tempest cos can't get anyone to hunt even dath carn meat (grind quality) for less than 30cpu
