Wild spawn points for all creatures will give you several spawns before drying up (krayts, gorax, pekos, etc). But good work. I still haven't found an albatross to kill. And I've spent quite a few days looking (on foot). It's one of the few big game spawns that I haven't found (and killed) yet. Although I'd probably wouldn't be able to solo it now.

Squad Leaders are great for the Force Strike mobs (AoE dizzy/knockdown/stun/etc, like albatrosses). Clear the dizzy and stun right away for you (well, assuming the dizzy didn't hit the Squad Leader). As for damage, the commando's flame burns should have been helpful. When taking down the really big stuff dots are extremely useful. Although the Swordsman might have been trying for mind attacks, making a health burn somewhat pointless. But now I'm just rambling. Good job.

Funny you mention this. A friend of mine and I were talking about this at work, how someone asked me to track the albatross. I'd never heard of it before and ended up refusing as I was helping said friend get some avian meat (she's a doctor). Well, next afternoon I log in, walk out of my house, and the albatross issitting on my doorstep....

Incidentally, we ended up on Endor that evening (last night) and ran into a similar 'named' mob. The Blurg Raptor. Much fun to kill. Yielded 550-ish meat for 2k Scouting XP.

i gotta disagree with you there. I have some very good friends who are wookiees. it's just those scaley Leezards i don't trust, but this Rodian's got no problem trusting a Wookiee.

After reading your story I HAVE to ask this:

Why didn't you skin ol Mickey for his bones? Isn't he from Naboo as well?
