Hmmmnn ... wasn't really thinking about some of these others ...
Krayts - yes - each type .... but having lived most of my first year on Tatooine (about 6 months in Mos Krayton), I guess these don't really seem like something out of the ordinary to me ... although I have never even considered soloing them!
Rancors - again always in a group ... but what was great is several times we have huntedEnraged and Anchient highly successfully with only two to four people (we really work well as a team, but then we have know each other for a long time).
Nightsisters -- lol -- same as above
Everything on Yavin IV - but rarely solo (can you tell I am not too confident in my combat skills? lol)
Fort Tusken - Twice and with a group both times .. but I died before we got the Executioner or Observer! lol
I must say that I just switched to rifles (1-1-0-1)two weeks ago and seem to be doing much much better with my combat (love conceal shot) ... In FACT - lol - I actually took out 2 AT-ST and two Imps with 31k and 34k ham this week! None of the Imps ever detected me or got a shot off ... the AT-ST I got down to 1/2 each time before it detected me - man can they run! - then healed and went back twice after that before finishing it off.
Only once have I come across the Kimos ... WHAM! ... one swipe and I was at the cloners! lol (okay now I have conceal I am tempted to go back!)

It's "just" a bit below 900 (883 or something like that, I'd need to log on to live to check).
1k+ hammers are very, very rare (I know about 4 on our server, there are probably more but still it's a good indicator)

I've come across a Tusken Observer on several occasions in the hills within 500 meters of the Squill cave. I guess Squills are entertaining to the Tusken set.
Usually not a big deal, but picking a fight with one was a big mistake on my part. I think these massive-creature soloing excursions are for Riflemen and people with a penchant for pharmaceuticals (some Medic required).

Just curious, what exactly did that person do that it took a full hour to kill a 90k ham creature (not more than 10-15 minutes for me if I calculated right, I didn't watch the time on my Alby soloings)?
I just checked my screenshots ... his tag said "Swashbuckler" and it looked as though he was holding either a sword or short baton ... so I am thinking he was perhaps a Swordsman. The screen shots were taken using "shift-ctrl-H" so there weren't any boxes or text for me to see what he was hitting with and this took place over a month ago (memory loss! lol)

This is a creature handler though right? I figure this gentleman wants to know the best creatures in attempt of finding them and finding out they have no babies because they are super beasts. But anyways, on Endor I saw one desperado of a SBD just standing there waiting. He was closer to the pirate outpost than the other one. He had taken a little damage(about .05%) and I figured one of the groups hunting the herb meat said what the hell and tried him. I am sure he must had spit on them to Incap them and then just rolled them over for the death blow. I was not about to get within 100meters of that dude I don't think he gave me scouting xp when I walked on. He only had about 250K HAM across the board does that mean he is weaker than the Jedi sentinals you folks spoke of earlier?
SBDs are hard but NPC Jedi with lightsabers are harder. You can easily get armor that will protect you against most of an SBDs damage. Lightsabers are a bit harder to handle. HAM is not the only important thing. Damage output can make things a lot harder. You can kill the Jedi but it requires a lot more work (like having multiple tanks switch the target so people can heal up).

I will only list those that are still able to kill me solo when I (ab-)use any overpowered aspect of this game (buffs, armor):
- Axkva Minh (soloable but with good chances to kill me, however I rarely see her as I can't play directly after server restart usually
)
- Dark Jedi Master NPC (I killed the Dark Jedi Knight NPC solo several times by now, intimidate, eating synthsteak etc helps)
- NS Elder if she is swinging a stun baton (max 40% protection against that for me as she eats through an imperial PSG in two or three hits so the PSG doesn't really help there), with her wielding other weapons I just have to keep her intimidated and *can* solo her (however it takes too much time to make sense IMHO).
- The "corvette version" of a super battle droid (they are 'actually the same version but SBD's go melee in the deathwatch-bunker and have a quite huge damagerange so my toughness and melee mitigation enables me to tank them easily, the vette version however never switches to melee.) I probably would be able to solo those too if intimidate would work on them.
- Tusken somethings (whatever those high end ones are, I don't spend much time on tatooine, I like woods, not the desert
)
I cannot recall anything else in the game that a swordsman cannot solo 'easily' (just a matter of time) with buffs and armor.
(And we see a pattern here, there's not a single animal listed :/)

For rarest creatures I would say the Gorax would have to be in the top 3. Difficulty is going to vary a little depending on your combat profession. Yeah a Krayt sucks for everybody, but if you are a TK killing one of those stupid Hanadaks that are 100% res. to kinetic can take a long time. So it kind of depends on professions for difficulty listing.

A short message on how to solo anything.
4 people. Ranged weapons. Make a box, or if you prefer, a diamond. Person one shoots, then peaces; person two shoots, then peaces...you got it. You confuse the AI no end. Dark Jedi Masters stand in one spot, or run in circles never hitting anyone. You stay in combat (lil red X is there) but the NPC or creature ignores the "peaced" guys to hit the current shooter; which constantly changes.
Also works with 3. Tough to do with two, but possible.
Works even better with p-darts as it slows the creatures.
