Thread: Top 5 Correspondent Report (Sep 22)
I also like the Field Base material requirements the way they are. Polymer and Metals are a pain to find when you can't afford to have the Artisan tree. Rangers shouldn't be punished because they didn't want to have a minor in Art. (I'm not a CH, by the way
, I'm just focusing on my Doctoral abilities.)

I have to agree here, with all my skills, I only have novice artisan with one point left over. I know I could spend those 15 points on additional marksmen skills, but due to the fact that I need metal and chemicals, I felt it more necisarry to take artisan instead. That said, it takes me (when I have no materials save hide and bone) approxamately 15 minutes to get the materials for a camp. which is better than spending 3 hours and crossing the planet 15 times to do the same thing

NRass i think u are doin a great job. As far as i know, no other profession has such an active, hard working and straight to the point correspondent as you. We Rangers are very thankfull, keep up the good work!

P.D.: NRass did u notice that the final report of the 5 issue list kinda followed in some way the outline I once proposed on how to organize the 5 List? each4 of the issues are strictly relateds to our 4 skill trees ( Couflage for Wayfring tree, traps for Trapping tree, camps for Frontiering, examine and harvesting for trackingfor Tracking). Tes there is no sole issue devoted to Master Ranger but MR issue are contanied in the 5 issue , for example the hunting lodge. I dunno if u did this organization following my suggestion, if so i am very happy to have been of help! thanks for taking into account my humble opinion and suggestion. ![]()

Punished? Is it that much work to grab some resources off the bazaar? I like the fact that it encourages cross-class cooperation.
Once again Nraas you have made us all look good

It makes perfect sense to require the Metal and Polymer in our field bases.
How do you make steel support beams, hovering lawn chairs, and crafting stations out of hide and bone?
Now requiring Rangers to buy flora for camouflage kits is rediculas... Forage.
Return the metal and polymer to bases. Allow us to forage for camo kit flora. Balance and logic, what a concept...
Excellent job N'Raas!
I know you spent a lot of time and put quite a bit of work into that list, and it shows. Couldn't be more pleased with our correspondent ![]()
Thank you!
Elysa Kamekazi (2 boxes til Master! whee!)
"what about experimenting on trap range?"
To make the experimentation worth their while, they would probably reduce the range of non-experimented traps to less than the current range.
I presume this is not what you intend. ![]()

I have had no problem with throwing from 50m... Is this really a concern to others?

"NRass did u notice that the final report of the 5 issue list kinda followed in some way the outline I once proposed on how to organize the 5 List?"
Pure coincidence I assure you. ![]()
The final tally in the Top Issue Debate was:
- Conceal: ~20
- Traps: ~15
- Camps: ~15
- Examine: ~10
- Harvest: ~8
The other suggestions didn't have enough public support to get beyond 5 or 6. ![]()
Why is it that the ranger and scout boards are always full of people being nice to each other, thinking about other professions (see above) and in general being incredible communities? Why is it that the other boards (*cough* *cough* Ch BH *cough*) are the exact opposite?
We rock
Great job N'raas!
NRaas, your the best correspondent out there. Thanks for the hard work and dedication.
