The only thing that happens by foraging with my character is that it puts things in my inventory that I need to delete.

Yeah, my foraging days started and ended last night. Every time I put up a camp I foraged 4 or 5 items. Then in the heat of hunting, I need to craft some fast traps. Needless to say, after about three my inventory was full and my tool was jammed.

So much for foraging.

At one point they did indicate that theyplan to fix this eventually. I certainly hope so - the forage rare ability was the main reason I originally chose to follow the Ranger skill tree. To drop it at this stage of the game would be - well - words escape me...
